Official Team Release - 01/07/17
After a crash in Qualifying this morning, Eugene McManus Junior was declared unfit to ride for the remainder of this weekend's event. Eugene and the team wish to thank the medical staff for all their assistance. Eugene suffered a loss of consciousness which rules him out of any further racing. The Wee Bull is fine and this is just a precautionary measure as advised by the medical team.
Eugene senior;
"Snetterton hasn't really been a great weekend for Eugene.. He has suffered with a stomach bug from Friday morning which continued through the night. He attended the medical centre before qualifying, then during qualifying he crashed and briefly lost consciousness. This now rules him out of the weekends racing."
Eugene would like to thank all his sponsors and fans and is determined to make amends at the next round at Brands Hatch 21-23 July.
