Round 10 Preview - Oulton Park

There's a quick turnaround for Eugene McManus, after last weekend's Silverstone meeting, with Round 10 of The Motostar Championship starting tomorrow ( 15th Sept ) at Oulton Park.

The Wee Bull enjoys riding the Cheshire Circuit, having tasted success already this season with an impressive 2nd place at Round 3 behind series leader Tom Booth Amos. That weekend saw the one and only race shortened to 11 laps after an incident on the grid, this time around we have two Moto3 races to enjoy. Race 1 is on Saturday at 14.35pm and Race 2 on Sunday at 15.05pm.

Eugene is as ever determined to improve on his last outing and this weekend in particular wants to prove a point;

"I finished seventh here last season but in round 3 this year I got on the podium so I would love to be up there again. I want to have a good finish to the season and make sure we fight for every point available, I can match the pace of the front runners but the two City Lifting lads out in front are flying It's not going to be easy"

Built into the natural contours of the Cheshire countryside, Oulton Park's combination of stunning scenery and spectacular racing make it one of the most picturesque and best-loved circuits for spectators and competitors alike. The circuit is 2.66 miles long and always provides some exciting race action for the Motostar fans.

The Wee Bull will be looking to add to his haul of 6 podiums in 2017 and you can follow all the action here at E15 Racing HQ !!
